Bom.hk provide you with a 14-day Returns/Exchange Service. You can return/replace the products you purchased at Bom.hk site. You can return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of receipt (not applicable to gift wrapping or gift cards). Please return your item together with the shipping slip or order form, otherwise we will not be able to process your returns/exchange.
The returned goods must be in good condition and returned together with the original packaging and purchase documents.
You are responsible for the shipping costs of SF Express
After checking the product conditions. Refunds will be processed within ( 14 ) business days upon our receipt of the returned products
There are no returns for our products, except for the following conditions:
– Manufacturing issues
– The style and order are not correspond to the invoice or the size is not suitable
– Goods are severely flawed and cannot be used or product quality issues
All return requests should be notified to the customer service within 14 days in order to arrange for the return. Overdue request will not be accepted.
Please include the following while you submitting the return request: order information, purchase date, and detail out reasons for return.
After we received your returned product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will arrange a refund as soon as possible according to your needs.

Reasons for Unacceptable Returns/Exchange
We are unable to assist with the return of the goods if :
– Return request cannot not meet the return standard within 14 days
– Damaged product due to improper washing
– The appearance of the product is not clean
