退換貨政策

換貨標準 您可以在收貨日期起 14 天內退換購買的產品(不適用禮品包裝或禮品卡)。退回時請務必將送貨單或訂單一併寄回,否則我們將無法為您辦理退換貨。  ​所退換之貨品必需完好無缺,並連同本公司的包裝及購買單據一併退回 客人需自行負擔順豐寄回之運費 退換的貨品需經本店檢查後才會安排退款,有關退款將會於( 14 )工作日內處理 本店商品一律不設退貨,除了以下情況本店才會酌情處理: –  製造方面的問題 –  款式與訂單上的內容不乎或尺碼大小不合適 –  商品帶有嚴重瑕疵因而不能著用和產品品質問題 換貨流程 所有的更換請求應在14天內通知客服,以便安排退換事宜,逾期者恕不會受理 通知客服時請提供訂單資料,購買日期,並詳細填寫退貨原因 在我們收到您退回的產品並確認符合退貨條件後,將根據您的需求盡快安排退款。 退換貨運費 客人需自行負擔寄回之運費 不能退換貨的原因 如出現以下情況,則我們無法協助辦理退換貨: –  不符合14日內退換貨標準 –  由於洗滌不當造成產品受損 –  產品外表不凈 –  非由bom.hk出售的產品   BoM.hk對以上上述情況均保留最終決定權。     Criteria for Accepting Returns/Exchange Bom.hk provide you with a 14-day Returns/Exchange Service. You can return/replace the products you purchased at Bom.hk site. You can return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of receipt (not applicable to gift wrapping or gift cards). Please return your item together with the shipping slip or order form, otherwise we will not be able to process your returns/exchange. The returned goods must be in good condition and returned together with the original packaging and purchase documents. You are responsible for the shipping costs of SF Express After checking the product conditions. Refunds will be processed within ( 14 ) business days upon our receipt of the returned products There are no returns for our products, except for the following conditions: –  Manufacturing issues –  The style and order are not correspond to the invoice or the size is not suitable –  Goods are severely flawed and cannot be used or product quality issues Return Process All return requests should be notified to the customer service within 14 days in order to arrange for the return.
